10 Easy Steps for the highest quality TelePsyche experience on your mobile phone or ipad:
Allow at least 10 minutes to properly download and configure your Omnijoin App prior to your first Online meeting.
Search for the Brother Omnijoin App in your App Store, making sure you are connected to WiFi.
Download/Install the free OmniJoin App onto your computer.
Open the OmniJoin App, making sure to select Version 6.
Select Join an Existing Meeting.
Type in the Room Name and Password given to you when scheduling your appointment.
Tap the screen once and icons will appear around the edges of your screen. Select the Layout icon at the bottom of your screen and select the "Video Only" option.
Configure your Video settings by selecting the Video Tab on the top of your screen. Make sure there is enough light in your room so the video is NOT dark. Place your computer on a solid surface to minimize shaky video. Walking around or laying in bed during a TelePsyche meeting are NOT recommended.
Configure your Audio settings by selecting the Audio Tab on the top of your screen. Make sure "Mute All" is NOT selected.
WellPsyche providers aim to provide the highest level of care for our clients. Sometimes that means spending a little extra time when needed.
